Brett Godfrey conceptualised and wrote the business plan for what is now Virgin Australia back in August 2000, with just two planes and two routes. When he stepped down after more than a decade at the helm, Virgin was Australia’s second largest airline carrier with over 7000 employees and over $3b turnover.
Danny O’Brien is one of the premier horse racing trainers in Australia having won the big 3 - Melbourne Cup, Cox Plate and Caulfield Cup. With facilities at Flemington, Geelong and 13th Beach, O’Brien is set for a big Spring Carnival in 2022.
