Spud’s Lunch is an event that brings together the business community to celebrate Danny Frawley’s legacy and positively contribute to mental health within our community. Join us for an inspiring afternoon of valuable insights from an impressive roster of thought leaders and industry innovators, including high-performance mindfulness coach Emma Murray, retired Australian footballer and media personality Jason Dunstall, former AFL player and sports media figure Garry Lyon, and award-winning journalist and AFL Media’s chief correspondent Damien Barrett.

Emma Murray
Founder of High Performance Mindfulness, Emma Murray is a high-performance mindfulness coach who works with athletes, teams, and executives to improve their mental skills and wellbeing. and has worked with a range of high-profile clients across different sports.
Jason Dunstall
Is widely regarded as one of the greatest full-forwards in the history of the game, having kicked over 1,000 goals in his career and won four AFL premierships with Hawthorn. After retiring from playing, Dunstall has become a prominent media personality most notably for his hosting of Fox Sport’s Bounce.
Garry Lyon
Three-time AFL All Australian, Melbourne great, Garry Lyon is a prominent figure in the world of sports media, working as a commentator, analyst, and host on various AFL programs including SEN Breakfast.
